Roles & Responsibilities
The APAC Senior Consultant is responsible for several work streams with a focus on developing leading and innovative solutions including Marketing & Media Effectiveness, product solutions in the space of influencers and retail solutions as well as manage strategic client relationships in the region to establish mediasense as a leader in the marketing advisory space. Additional internal responsibilities will cover the coordination and oversight of the team and client outputs.
The Senior Consultant is a key part of a Media Practice Team and reports into the APAC SVP and the APAC President.
The role comprises of a wide range of activities :
Marketing & Media Effectiveness
- This workstream is a strategic solution for mediasense focused on delivering offerings and product to marketers to establish and improve marketing and media effectiveness returns for their business. The ambition is for mediasense to be a leader in this space.
- As a growing business opportunity, the requirement for the candidate is to work across the global SME team to build this practice and with the APAC President and SVP Media Consultant to drive business growth and revenue for the region
Product Development
Work with APAC SVP to develop new go-to-APAC market products leveraging existing mediasense solutions such as analytics so as to cater for APAC-specific market needs including influencers and retail solutions.Client management
Strategic advisory across marketing and media consultancy services including but not limited to services relating to advising on agency models, management of agency RFPs, media performance auditsManaging the day-to-day / ongoing relationship with a number of our clients, in collaboration with the APAC SVPManaging administrative aspects of the relationship with our clients (fee proposals, contract, NDA, invoicing schedule, payment details, etc.)Ensuring clients are engaged & services are delivered while providing opportunitiesto increase mediasense’s scope of services
Project & Team management
Ensuring meetings are properly documented and actionedManaging the team to ensure on-time, on-budget and on-quality deliveries to our clientsSupporting the analytics team to providing the highest level of customer service and outputs which provide insight & guidance to the clientWorking with the APAC SVP to manage the team servicing our clients and coordinating resource across accounts and projectsResolving team / resourcing challenges and escalating as appropriateEnsuring team members are properly challenged and motivatedHelping with performance reviews and documenting accordinglyCommunication and Collaboration
Managing day to day agency relationships, ensuring they are smooth and efficientSharing progress reports with and providing support to the APAC SVP as and where requiredBusiness development
