Job Description
- Coordinating and supervising architectural work on-site, including monitoring quality, safety, and adherence to project plans and specifications
- Liaising with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and facilitate smooth project progression
- Reviewing and approving architectural submittals, shop drawings, and other project documentation
- Collaborating with the construction team to identify and implement process improvements
- Providing technical guidance and support to the site team, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Maintaining detailed records and project documentation
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related engineering fieldMinimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in the construction of large-scale infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methodsProficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyFamiliarity with local regulations and experience working on LTA projects would be advantageousTell employers what skills you have
