Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to identify and qualify leads.
- Research target accounts and decision-makers to understand their needs, pain points, and buying process.
- Articulate our value proposition clearly and persuasively to prospects, highlighting how our solutions can address their challenges and deliver tangible results.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff of leads.
- Keep accurate records of prospect interactions and update our CRM system with relevant information.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed monthly / quarterly revenue and margin targets.
- Interact with and further enhance the excellent relationship and teamwork with other departments within the company.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or minimum of a Diploma in any related field.Preferably possess 3-5 years of commercial role, online marketplace or logistics firm.Strong negotiation skills and experience in acquiring new customers.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities focus on driving results and delivering value.Knowledge of logistics, e-Commerce and social media live steam is a plus point.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with logistics management software is a plus.Tell employers what skills you have
