Commissioning & Operations Readiness Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (or equivalent degree) in engineering from an accredited university with minimum 15 years relevant experience in the oil / gas industry, particularly in the South East Asia.
• Must have minimum 5 years of similar management position in major LNG & oil / gas projects (experience in LNG and oil & gas projects is mandatory)
• Commissioning design inputs / turnover / commissioning / mechanical completion experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role in major LNG & Oil / Gas projects with familiarization of projects turnover / start-up / commissioning / mechanical completion.
• Experience in developing and implementing detailed commissioning execution plans and schedules using modular fabrication and stick-built construction techniques
• Functional knowledge of pre-commissioning, turnover, commissioning, operations and maintenance philosophy
• Experience in preparation and execution of Operations Readiness working with the client Operations Readiness team and Operations team.
• Experience in project risk reviews and follow-up for mitigation planning and execution
• Local Singaporeans and PRs are desirable
• For foreign candidates : must currently hold valid passes in Singapore and have prior work experience in Singapore, along with relevant LNG and oil & gas project experience.

Location : Ubi / Jurong Port

Salary : $10,000 plus or minus (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
