Job Scope :
- Oversee daily café operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow
- Lead and supervise service staff in delivering excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently upheld
- Support outlet manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals
Requirement :
