Job description

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Act as a key HR point of contact for business stakeholders, supporting workforce needs
  • Oversee payroll processing in collaboration with vendor, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support rollout and implementation of HR projects, systems, and engagement initiatives
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies, and resolve employee queries efficiently

Role requirements

  • A minimum of a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an HR Generalist
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, quick learner, and process driven.
  • Strong expertise in Excel and generating reports.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
