Job descriptionDiploma or Certificate in related service fields (e.g. Landscape, Security, Environmental cleaning, other services) ACTA certified candidates preferred Min 3 years working experience in service or cleaning environment as Supervisor / Executive Independent with strong leadership and communication abilities
Job Responsibility
- To Conduct training and Environmental Cleaning courses for multiple locations in Singapore
- To investigate Defect Notices and propose corrective actions to Operations Executive to prevent reoccurrence of similar complaints from clients
- Design and Develop refresher modules / COJT Blueprint from conceptualization to course accreditation
- Translation of courseware materials as and when required
- Conduct quality and safety site inspection on sites and follow up on reports and corrective measures Other duties and projects as assigned
