General Manager - Equipment Quality Control

You will lead the equipment quality control function, ensuring that all containers and equipment assets meet internal quality benchmarks, industry repair standards, and international compliance regulations. This role is responsible for overseeing inspection processes, vendor performance, repair quality, and container utilization across the fleet. You'll work closely with depots, technical teams, and commercial departments to maintain operational excellence and reduce downtime and cost—while upholding rigorous compliance with ISO, IICL, and CSC requirements.

Key Requirements :

• Proven managerial experience overseeing equipment quality control, container management, or depot operations, ideally within a shipowner or liner business.
• Strong understanding of container types, repair protocols, and global regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors, depots, and contractors to high service and quality standards.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate with cross-regional teams, authorities, and Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
