Sleep lab diagnostics and titration remain critical bottlenecks in the pathway to accessing life-changing therapy. Despite growing awareness and demand for sleep tests, patient wait times and backlogs are increasing due to the immense operational burdens faced by sleep labs.

The Product Manager - Sleep Lab Systems will evolve and scale our sleep lab titration products and define how they continuously add value for consumers, providers, and ResMed. This role serves as the connective tissue between product strategy, business strategy, and product delivery.

From whiteboard to launch (and beyond), you'll drive your product's roadmap, tailoring your approach to its lifecycle stage. You'll balance user delight with business goals-optimizing for impact, quality, and growth at every step.
You'll anticipate industry trends, understand shifting market dynamics, and bring strategic insight that keeps us one step ahead. Look past traditional business models and outdated assumptions. You'll evaluate product accessibility, desirability, and value across diverse user segments-and pilot innovative go-to-market strategies to reduce risk and drive adoption.
You'll translate insights into product strategies, lead cross-functional execution, and ensure every release delivers real value. You'll monitor performance, identify opportunities, and fuel the next round of improvements.
You'll partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, clinical, and commercial teams to bring products and business models to life. You're a connector-proactive, persuasive, and focused on outcomes.
Let's talk about What You'll Bring :
Passion for user-centric product development. A deep understanding of healthcare markets. You instinctively balance user needs with strategic goals.
3+ years in product management, product marketing, or strategy-ideally with experience in health tech, consumer products, or regulated industries. Demonstrated ability to build and launch successful products and business models. An MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Medicine, Marketing, or a related field is a plus-but your ability to think critically and execute effectively matters most.
A solid grasp of commercial strategy, digital and mechanical technologies, and the nuances of healthcare (e.g., clinical, compliance, regulatory). You can connect the dots from data to decisions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills. You thrive in cross-functional environments and know how to move teams toward a shared vision.
You're decisive, analytical, and action-oriented. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, you prioritize ruthlessly and lead with clarity.
