Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all projects that assigned are deliver on time.
  • Able to understand the requirement and start immediately with minimum supervision
  • Plan and execute IT Projects within time scope
  • Provide project status report regularly to immediate supervisor
  • Co-ordinate with the respective market autoline IT colleagues for the replacement of the autoline IMS to the new system
  • SMS (Smart Market Solution) and establish the necessary connection with SPICS via CFT.
  • To support RPA maintenance and the administration for the existing and new process.
  • To support the rollout and testing of the new system SPM @Asia for the future RLC Malaysia.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Good Project management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications & Reporting tools
  • Able to handle multi-tasking and good Teamwork
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
