Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Part of the IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery Team consisting of Service Delivery Engineers (L1) and System / Network Engineers (L2). Build and manages SISTIC Corporate Network and Customer Network infrastructure and facilities to ensure availability, recoverability, performance, integrity and supportability through production support and maintenance of existing infrastructure and development and implementation of network, server / platforms, storage, security and infrastructure technologies.

Core Responsibilities :

Administration and management of network devices

Experience and extensive knowledge on multiple firewall products

Implementation of IPSEC and SSL VPN tunnels

Incident response & investigations for network related issues

Provide active involvement in meeting related to network change and take ownership until the implementation or solution

Conduct internal audits to check the compliance of the network devices and taking the necessary actions for the respective items (e.g hardening).

Implement and administrate network management tools.

Participate in IT infrastructure projects

Maintain documentation, diagrams to any changes to the environments and update SOPs

Support in audit related matters

Experience on ITIL change / Incident / Problem Management process

Job Specifications :

Networking, including LAN / WAN, wireless and Security technologies

Knowledge of Network diagnostics, BGP, SNMP, VPN, SSH, MPLS technologies

Professional certification (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, etc)

Background in network administration and architecture

Knowledge of Cisco, Fortigate, and other relevant technology product portfolios

Networking, including LAN / WAN, wireless and Security technologies

Knowledge of Network diagnostics, BGP, SNMP, VPN, SSH, MPLS technologies

Knowledge of Data Center and cabling standards

Good understanding of network operating systems

Familiar with network tools for administration, maintenance, automation, and visualization / reporting

Working knowledge of cloud services. Knowledge on GCP will be an additional advantage.
