Responsibilities
We’re looking for anexperienced Manager, Human Resources, to be part of a team managing the fullspectrum of human resource services.
- Work with departmentheads to determine staffing needs, design job descriptions, support recruitmentefforts, and manage onboarding processes;
- Assist incompensation packages, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other employeeincentives;
- Oversee HR policies,manage employee data, and ensure compliance with both internal standards andlegal requirements;
- Handleemployment-related inquiries, manage mobility services, and oversee the exitprocess for employees;
- Coordinate onsitetraining sessions and manage employee engagement and development programs;
- Oversee external HRservice providers and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of their services.
Requirements
Tertiary education in humanresources would be an advantage;At least 5 years of experience inhuman resources;Strong proficiency in HRtechnologies and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;Excellent communication skillsand a high regard for integrity andconfidentiality;A proactive and team-oriented approach to tasks.Employment Details
