What the role is]
Support Director in leading division and collaborating with other NCSS divisions to achieve better outcomes for persons who use social services, so that these service users are empowered to live with dignity. This includes the following :
Lead the team to enable delivery of quality and effective services by service providers by implementing standards frameworks and leveraging on funding strategies as well as the use of data to strengthen service capacity and capability of the sector.
Take care of the team members.
Support Service Delivery, Services Group and NCSS.
