Job descriptionSupport the development and implementation of HR strategy Support coordination of staff movement processes including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding Support the Talent Acquisition process including screening and assessment of candidates Support and conduct internal engagement events Assist in operational HR enquiries Organise collaboration with universities and agencies Support in the context of staff training and development Assist in the maintenance of HR system Assist in office management tasks
Requirements
- Study in Business Administration, Psychology, or any other relevant studies
- Past internship experience preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality-oriented, able to work independently and prioritise
- Team-oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
