Your Profile

• Minimally two years as Director of Food & Beverage in a well-established luxury hotel brand
• Great knowledge in restaurant and banquet management
• Well-versed in operational standards, managing manpower cost & driving financial goals
• Comprehensive knowledge of business needs and productivity requirements
• A creative flair in food & beverage promotions
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent administrative, customer service and interpersonal skills
• A can-do attitude
