Job descriptionSourcing suppliers that will enhance our value proposition Identifying mechanisms that will ensure more efficient PM for the team Advising clients on how to best achieve objectives through methodology design Positioning yourself as an 'industry expert' with a wealth of market research experience from which you can draw to make recommendations to clients Operating with minimal senior support to derive a clear story Taking charge of analysis planning before fieldwork has closed and delegating appropriately Challenging juniors to deliver the 'so what' in the reporting Ensuring that client objectives are met in a creative and actionable way Confidently manage the room to ensure maximum engagement with the session Actively seek out what actions can lead to success in driving the business forwards Checking and approving cost sheets Deciding on the content and flow of a proposal or credentials presentation Negotiating costs with suppliers to maximise margin and minimize overall price to clients Negotiating costs with clients to win work while retaining maximum margin Designing research with minimal support Finetuning existing proposal and cost sheet templates to improve accuracy and ease of use by the BD team Farming existing clients to ensure maximum opportunities Passionately communicating our value proposition to clients Refining the induction program to be relevant and adaptable for varying levels of seniority Developing a training plan that addresses the needs and interests of the wider team Helping to create a clear career development plan for each role at Kadence Reviewing CVs, cover letters and job applications to identify candidates to interview Refining the recruitment collateral to maximize the number and quality of incoming applications Scheduling and chairing appraisal meetings to ensure thorough review of the wider team Providing a safe environment for all team members to feel confident about expressing ideas
