Right now, they are seeking an innovative Creative Manager to lead their design and content teams, shape brand narratives, and drive creative excellence. This individual will be responsible for leading the agency’s creative vision, managing a team of designers, writers, and multimedia specialists, and ensuring that all creative outputs align with client objectives and brand identities. This role requires a strong background in brand storytelling, visual communication, and creative leadership to deliver compelling marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :
Define and execute the agency’s creative vision to drive impactful brand storytelling.Lead the development of innovative marketing campaigns, content strategies, and visual assets.Ensure creative outputs align with business goals and client expectations.Oversee and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, videographers, and digital content creators.Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the team.Work closely with marketing strategists, account managers, and clients to bring creative concepts to life.Guide the creation of compelling brand identities, marketing collateral, and digital experiences.Drive the development of multimedia content, including video, motion graphics, and interactive campaigns.Stay ahead of design trends, digital innovations, and storytelling techniques to enhance creative outputs.Translate client briefs into visually stunning and strategically aligned campaigns.Provide creative direction and insights that strengthen client relationships and project success.Ensure all creative projects meet high-quality standards, brand guidelines, and deadlines.Manage creative budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.Implement design processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in creative leadership, preferably in a marketing or consulting agency.Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and multimedia content.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other creative tools.Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and branding principles.Exceptional storytelling, visual communication, and presentation abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.EA Licence No : 23S1615
