Job descriptionRelevant professional qualification (ACCA, ICSA or STEP) is highly preferred At least 8 years of industry experience with extensive knowledge in covering complex trust structure (e.g. Discretionary Trust, Reserved Power Trust, Revocable / Irrevocable Trust, Private Trust Company, etc.) Good business acument with in-depth knowledge of trust legislation and regulatory environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent people management skills and high level of integrity
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee client administration, service delivery, operational performance and business development efforts of the team
- Responsible for guiding and motivating the team in business growth and quality delivery
- Maintain relevant and updated market knowledge and understanding of trust and corporate administration and compliance issues
- Manage a complex portfolio of trust structures
- Act as Director / Resident Manager / Data Protection Officer DPO
- Other ad-hoc assignments relevant to the role
