Summary / purpose of the position :
- Support APAC mission to establish an autonomous, growing and sustainable consumer healthcare business
- Lead the local S&OP process for APAC (exc. China) Region
- Ensure Supply Chain financial performance and seamless coordination between distributors and Factory to meet purchase and delivery requirements, anticipate OOS risks and propose mitigation plans
- Producing monthly reporting of activity in a timely manner, ensure data quality, and communicate effectively Ensure business operations compliance with company policies and best practices
Main responsibilities / job expectations
Lead the demand review meeting (S&OP) with relevant stakeholders for APAC (exc. China) Region,Lead and prepare the 24 months rolling forecast submission (Import sales, local sales, inventory)Measure and continuously improve on forecast / data accuracy and bias by managing the forecast created by Distribution & Promotion partners (orders, stock and sales forecasts…) and collaborate with Commercial team to consider local promotional factors impacting partner’s forecastMonitor and analyze the inventory levels to meet supply requirements and control stock levelsAlign with the commercial organization and distribution partners on countermeasures to avoid shortages / excess inventoryReview demand planning and operate purchase orders through our internal tool to ensure timely delivery of products to distributorsLeverage on Data Analytics capabilities to create business insights and track Supply Chain performance KPIsTrack and control shipping documentation and liaise with global distribution team for timely outgoing shipment deliveryControlling of selling expenses with Export Finance Controller (in-bound costs, specific warehousing costs if any)Identify risks / opportunities and propose corrective actions needed to keep budget’s targetsBusiness Partnering :
Actively support the Finance team in the budget and forecast processesBeing a business partner, supporting directly the General Manager, Finance Director and Commercial Manager by providing regular or ad hoc financial analysisSupport the decision-making processes to achieve MAYOLY objectives, including Sales and COI targetsSupport mid-term and long-term strategic topicsLead ad-hoc regional projectsContribute to providing data for regional presentations where neededDevelop and implement operational and analytical dashboards to provide performance insightsActive contribution within the MAYOLY Supply Chain communities
