We’re offering a competitive salary of $2,500 to $3,000 a month for our next Human Resources Officer!
Your role is to manage the employment process and ensure a positive work environment tailored to the unique needs of the fitness industry.

Your responsibilities will include :
Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, screen applications, and conduct interviews specifically for fitness trainers, wellness coaches, and other fitness-related roles.Organize and manage orientation programs for new employees, including training on fitness equipment, safety protocols, and company policies.Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive workplace culture that promotes health and wellness.Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry-specific regulations.Monitor employee performance, conduct evaluations, and implement improvement plans tailored to fitness professionals.Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs, including health and wellness benefits.Ideal Profile
Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR software, and understanding of labor laws.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of the organizationStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive actions and outcomesWhat's on Offer?
