Responsibilities :
Coordinate and monitor MEP works and progress with client’s representative, construction coordinators and subcontractors and identify, report and resolve MEP discrepancies in project drawings, specifications and requirement in consultation with Project Manager
Ensure compliance to regulatory and statutory requirements
Managing architect, consultants and clients expectations within project budget
Coordinating and monitoring sub-con work schedules according to the master and detailed work programmes through inspections and assessment of subcontractor performance.
Ensuring that updated drawings including shop drawings are used by all for MEP works and proper MEP related document control is in place so as to facilitate Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor in processing the contractual claim.
Assist in valuation and resolution of any discrepancies and problem arising during construction which affect quality of project and assist in project handover including project documentation.
Requirement :
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (recognized by PEB)
Min 3 years work experience in MEP works
Knowledge of MEP works in local building MEP regulation
Excellent communication skills
