We are seeking ahighly motivated and experienced HVAC Engineer to join our team asa Presales Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess strongconsultative selling skills and a result-oriented mindset to driveproject sales across the region.
As a PresalesEngineer, you will be responsible for supporting, strengthening,and professionalizing the Presales & Project Sales in SoutheastAsia & Oceania. You will play a crucial role in enhancingbusiness development, with a focus on our VRF solutions(DVM).
Roles &Responsibilities
- Improve andenhance the results of the System Air-Condition department : VRFsolutions (DVM) & Commercial Air-Conditioning(CAC).
- Develop new business ideas and modelsto support the company's growth.
- Focus onclose collaboration with the responsible countries, and with thelocal Presales / Sales team.
- Follow up on thefigures and targets per country (project pipeline, successratio).
- Assist regional teams with operationaltasks, such as analyzing each country's situation and developingstrategies to address their specific needs.
- Operational Excellence and KPI management.
- Organisation of conferences for knowledge sharing internally andexternally.
- Assist in sales training toimprove the sales team's understanding of product features andbenefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team tounderstand customer needs and provide technical expertise and salesMaterials / Tools to support sales efforts.
- Enhance the Consultants / Contractors network in the different Asiancountries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge ofindustry trends, regulations, and competitorproducts.
