Responsibilities :

• Assist Clinical HOD(s) andinternal / external key stakeholders to plan, develop and implementnew care models and clinical services in respective clinicalprogramme(s) / department(s).
• Support theoperations and continuous improvements of clinical services andprogrammes in inpatient and outpatient settings with respectiveinternal and external stakeholders
• Provideother aspects of Clinical Operations Support including but notlimited to : Project Management, Workflow management, IT and Systemrequirement, Financial assessment, Data Collection and Analysis,Resource management including budgetary planning, procurement,Event management & Logistics (on ad-hoc basis) and otheradministrative / secretariat responsibilities.
• Translate and communicate the vision, strategic andbusiness plans of the hospital and clinical department(s) to allrelevant areas and ensure alignment of goals andobjectives.
• Identify opportunities toimplement or facilitate strategies with Clinical HOD(s) of therelevant medical specialty as assigned to ensure services meetevolving healthcare needs.
• Create a conduciveenvironment to facilitate open communications andmulti-disciplinary teamwork.
• Develop andimplement strategies and plans for achieving customersatisfaction.
• Identify and monitor keyclinical and operations performances and customer service standardsto ensure patients' satisfaction.
• Ensureadequate resources are provided for services and in alignment withthe Hospital's business and financial objectives.
• Set up programmes to promote continuous improvement andlearning, as well as to facilitate auditing and reviewing ofservices.
• Any other projects and assignmentsas directed.
