Native proficiency in Chinese fluent in English for effective communication and collaboration. Strong Linux operations background experience with Azure (primary) and AWS cloud platforms familiar with tools like Kubernetes, Ansible, and containerization. Proficient in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Shell) experience in Go, C, or C++ is a plus. In this role, you will ensure the stability and performance of the platform, proactively address incidents, and continuously improve operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with a dynamic team and report to the Operations and Development Supervisor in China.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overseas cloud operations, maintaining high platform stability and identifying performance bottlenecks.
- Execute corporate operational procedures, including incident, service request, and problem management handle software updates, core system setups, and ongoing maintenance.
- Manage major and minor incidents, focusing on quick service restoration, root cause analysis, and preventive improvements.
- Develop and maintain automated tools for operational efficiency and process improvement.
- Provide 24 / 7 on-call technical support with regular working hours of 5 days / 8 hours, ensuring responsive service.
