As Financial Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the analysis of the Service Financial Data in our Customer Service group. You will also be working closely with other relevant teams / stakeholders to support the forecasting / budgeting activities and investigating discrepancies in financial results or trends.
What you will be doing
- Analysis of financial data and preparing monthly financial reports (relatable to service costs) – extracting and defining relevant information
- Support and co-ordinate with various stakeholders to prepare data / report for service repair cost forecasting / budgeting activities on a timely basis
- Make use of data analytics tools to revamp the current process to meet accuracy
- Review current service repair cost forecast logic / process and make improvement suggestions
- Engage relevant stakeholders for variance analysis including identifying gaps, reviewing and investigating irregular financial results or trends
- Participate / support projects under strict timelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
