Job Description

Our client is a Japanese IT consulting firm and currently hiring a Senior Consultant. They are rapidly expanding with many new opportunities and projects from banking and finance.

What you will be doing 】

Enhancing the IT Service Management (ITSM) project management capabilities of the IT department in the client organization.
Assisting execution of improvement actions to realize sufficient IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities in the IT department.
Collaboratively work with team members to execute improvement actions.
Analyze the workload of each project and task Adjust the master schedule of each project
Draft IT Service Management (ITSM) guidelines for the IT department
Draft template of IT Service Management (ITSM) deliverables (e.g. Policy, Standard, Procedure, Manual, Roles and Responsibilities, etc)
Draft project status reports for IT Service Management (ITSM) enhancement
Other relevant tasks (e.g. meeting facilitation, documentation, proposal of further improvement etc.)

Qualifications

Requirement

Bachelor's degree and above

At least 3 years of IT Service Management (ITSM) experience in IT project

Experience in consulting

Documentation experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) context (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills are required)

Systematic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)

Client-facing experience

Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N1) Listening / Writing / Speaking is essential to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients
