Job Description

• Assist in leading and motivating staff to achieve maximum results in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring that the team consistently meets or exceeds set targets.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to implement and execute local store marketing strategies, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring stock replenishment is timely and that the return cycle is properly managed in accordance with company policies.
• Continuously improve existing work procedures and operations, ensuring that all paperwork and documentation handling is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards.
• Take charge of and provide necessary supervision during stocktaking and random count exercises, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Manage and oversee key daily store operations
• Oversee and manage the branch's manpower
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the ROMs.
