Job Description
Our client is a Japanese real estate company seeking a professional Salesperson (CEA - Real Estate) to lead their team. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
Responsibilities】
- Research, plan, and execute property viewings for clients.
- Assess client's needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions.
- Provide guidance and assist tenants in finding properties that match their needs at the right price and under the best terms.
- Accompany clients during property viewings and departures.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with agencies, prospects, and tenants.
- Assist in the leasing and marketing of properties.
- Coordinate unit handovers for incoming and outgoing tenants.
- Address and assist tenants with issues such as water leaks, equipment breakdowns, lost keys, etc.
- Liaise with vendors to resolve tenant issues.
- Prepare leasing reports, and update necessary paperwork and databases (contracts, leases, terminations, closing statements, etc.).
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services as needed.
- Comply with company policies and CEA regulations.
