Job description

Maintenance Engineer (E&I) – 2 Years Contract – Jurong Island

Responsibilities

Execute daily electrical activities such as troubleshooting, maintenance, and checking equipment reliability.
Perform routine corrective and preventive maintenance for site improvement.
Prepare and review risk assessment submitted by contractors and conduct toolbox meeting with contractors to identify hazards before commencement of any electrical and maintenance work.
Plan and implement annual preventive maintenance and electrical schedule for equipment and machinery and upkeep the maintenance record including arrange for inspection as per statutory requirements
Supervise contractors performing electrical and maintenance jobs in the terminal to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
Maintain proper Standard Operating Procedures and records.
Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.

Experience in Oil & Gas industry is preferred

At least 5 years of working experience in electrical repairs and mechanical maintenance.

Able to read and understand electrical circuit drawings, instrumentation and control system diagrams.

Able to perform troubleshooting and confident in deciding corrective measures

Able to prepare layout, sectional views for tender for projects

Comfortable with working location in Jurong Island

Able to work under pressure within tight timelines.

Experience in similar industry will be an added advantage.
