The Role
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Outreach :
- Contact potential customers via phone to introduce and explain auto loan products.
- Respond to inquiries, provide information about eligibility criteria, and explain loan terms.
- Sales and Target Achievement :
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Lead Management :
- Follow up on leads provided by the marketing or dealership teams.
- Manage and maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
- Product Knowledge :
- Stay updated with the company’s auto loan offerings, policies, and procedures.
- Understand competitive offerings to effectively position the company’s products.
- Documentation and Coordination :
- Guide customers through the loan application process and ensure all required documents are collected and submitted.
- Coordinate with the processing and approval teams to ensure timely disbursement of loans.
- Customer Service :
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Reporting :
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and market conditions.
