Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Inspect, diagnose and identify faults to repairing of Analogue, Quartz, and Digital Smart watches.
- Replace worn out / faulty components of watches movement from dis-assembly to final assembly.
- Perform watches testing using precision measuring equipment.
- Perform product analysis on malfunctioning watches and report root cause of defect.
- Perform repair work according to the nature of defect and restore faulty watches to working condition.
- Perform repair costs estimation and correspond with customers according to their needs.
- Handle customer inquiries from service receptions, emails to telephone calls from time to time.
- Repair all other Casio consumer products. (Training provided)
Job Requirement and Competencies
GCE ‘O’ Level / NITEC / Diploma in Electrical and ElectronicsWatch repair experience is preferred and advantage.Possess excellent eyesight and concentration for handling watches repairs.Finger Dexterity and detail oriented.Strong interest in watches is preferred.Able to carry out intricate and delicate work with minimum supervisionPatience and meticulous to details are always required when handling repair work.High level of integrity and reliability.Customer Service oriented and relevant skills are an advantage.Tell employers what skills you have
