Roles & Responsibilities

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration
• Knowledge of :

o Windows OS (client & server)

o Network support (LAN / WAN, TCP / IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi)

o PC setup and troubleshooting

o Basic server administration (Active Directory, file sharing, backup)

o IT security (antivirus, firewalls, user access control)

o ERP / MES systems

o Printers, scanners, barcode systems

Requirement :
