Roles & Responsibilities
The company is a third party subcontractor and functions like a system integrator, with a polished office in the West region of Singapore. It is a subsidiary of a major state-owned enterprise specializing in BIM and infrastructure system integration. It is heavily involved in public sector projects such as water treatment plants, tunnelling works, and new MRT line developments.
Skill set required : Various, Archi, MEP,Infrastructure depending on the projects you are deployed.
Work Location : Main Office West , Project deployed : Tuas
(The office is spacious and modern, offering an upmarket and polished working environment.)
Job Description & Requirements :
- Act as the intermediary between designers, clients, and architects to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Work closely with BIM coordinators to ensure proper implementation of BIM execution plans.
- Lead the BIM modeling process, engaging in 3D review meetings with coordinators and decision-making authorities.
- Develop project-specific BIM requirements, report formats, model structures, templates, and shared folder structures.
- Support and audit the project team, identifying and addressing non-compliance issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders' BIM coordinators to create, administer, and maintain models based on the BIM Execution Plan.
- Ensure timely completion of construction models, virtual mock-ups, and 4D simulations.
- Lead monthly BIM coordination meetings, providing progress updates, conducting model walkthroughs, and addressing project-related matters.
- Create and implement BIM deliverables, including execution plans, conflict detection reports, QC plans, design review procedures, construction sequences (4D), and cost estimates (5D).
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, minimize rework due to modeling errors, and meet project deadlines.
- Oversee workstation purchases to ensure adequate and efficient hardware resources.
- Drive the implementation of digital information plans and strategies.
- Manage BIM budgets and prepare billing reports.
- Adhere to the latest industry standards.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Mechanical / Electronics Engineering, with a Specialist Diploma in BIM being advantageous.Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM project experience, preferably in the construction / engineering sector.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other similar BIM software.Strong analytical skills and technical knowledge in BIM and construction management.Meticulous with excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills.Good knowledge of BIM visualization and simulation applications.Strong organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.Self-driven, resourceful, and a collaborative team player.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Interested applicants, please kindly write to shc@juhlerprofessionals.com.sg along with your current remuneration details. notice period and expected salary.
