Key
Responsibilities
Negotiate, draft, and review contract terms with clients,
consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, and
suppliers.
Administer contracts end-to-end,
advising on extensions, claims, variations, and loss / expense
matters.
Guide project teams on contractual
compliance and procedures to minimize risks.
Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies, with
expertise in PSSCOC, REDAS, SIA, and SOP Act.
Resolve disputes collaboratively with
stakeholders.
Prepare contract documents,
agreements, and dispute correspondence.
Handle
ad-hoc duties as
required.
Essential
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction
Management, Contract Law, or equivalent.
About
10 years in construction contract management, preferably in M&E
projects.
Preferred
Skills
Proven
track record in claims resolution and risk advisory.
Strong negotiation and documentation
abilities.
Familiarity with BCA regulations
and ISO standards.
