TCM Clinic Assistant - D05 Clementi New Town, Hong Leong Garden, Pasir Panjang, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

We are a TCM practice with clinics in Macpherson, Telok Blangah and Clementi. We have 20 years of history and are hiring at our clinic situated at 345 Clementi Ave 5.

We are looking for a capable clinic assistant to assist the TCM physicians with clinic operations. The clinic assistant should be customer oriented, patient and hardworking. We need someone who is able to work on weekends (9am-5pm) and some afternoon / evening shifts (1.30-9.30pm). Number of working days per week is 5 and number of hours per week is 35 hours.

Salary will commensurate with industry experience.

The Clinic Assistant’s Responsibilities include the following (but not limited to) :

• Assist customers with their queries.
• Registration and scheduling of appointments for customers.
• Dispensary of medicine and collection of payment.
• Ensure the clinic is clean and tidy at all times.
