Responsibilities : Patient Management :
- Greet and register patients upon arrival
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Provide information about services, procedures, and pricing
- Assist with patient inquiries and direct them to appropriate physicians
Clinic Maintenance :
Manage inventory of TCM productsMaintain a clean and organised clinic environment, ensuring that all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for useTreatment Support :
Assist TCM physicians with various proceduresEnsure that all clinical supplies are stocked and prepared for treatmentsSupport physicians during therapiesMonitor patient progress and note changes to inform physiciansRequirements :
GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent, preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in a clinic or healthcare settingStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer service-oriented with a polite and professional demeanorBasic knowledge of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) is an advantage, though training will be providedAbility to work well in a team and independentlyHigh attention to detail and commitment to maintaining patient confidentialityTell employers what skills you have
