Planning Engineer (5days / west) - BAYES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to support their tender and project planning efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing construction sequences, resource planning, and assisting with tender documentation and risk analysis for civil and building projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop construction sequences and methodologies to support tender exercises.
• Provide value engineering proposals to enhance cost-efficiency and buildability.
• Prepare master programs using Excel and / or MS Project for tender submissions.
• Draft technical write-ups, method statements, and relevant documents for tender submissions.
• Assist management in the preparation of preliminary cost estimations.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify project challenges to formulate mitigation strategies.
• Prepare presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint slides) for internal management reviews or client presentations.
• Estimate required resources including manpower, equipment, and machinery.
