Manufacturing Station in Malaysia - Oracle Cloud Business Systems Analyst – OTC
Location : Onsite - Johor Bahru, Malaysia
Gross Salary : RM 10,000 - 25,000 (Depend on Experience and working skill)

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Business Systems Analyst (OTC) to join our IT and business solutions team. This role will serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring smooth system operations, process improvements, and successful implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert and main contact point for assigned business areas.
- Lead business and system analysis discussions, capturing requirements and translating them into Business Requirements Documents (BRD) or Functional Design Documents (FDD).
- Configure, test, document, and implement system enhancements while managing their business impact across regions.
- Deliver day-to-day ERP production support aligned with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with peers, system implementors, and managed services partners to ensure successful deployments.
- Contribute to IT audits and compliance activities.
- Support financial close processes, including month-end and year-end activities.
- Participate in upcoming global system rollouts within the business application landscape.
- Flexibly adjust work hours to support US West Coast time zone requirements when needed.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud implementation , specifically in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) module .Proficiency in Fusion Extracts, OTBI reporting, and BI Publisher.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.Prior exposure to the manufacturing sector (Semiconductor / Hi-Tech industries) is a strong plus.Self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of engaging with global and remote teams.Comfortable supporting users across multiple geographies and time zones.Adaptable to a dynamic, high-paced, and fast-changing environment.Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.Work Environment & Flexibility
