Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to banking products and services.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and other documentation.
- Act as a liaison between business teams, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and design sessions.
- Analyze existing processes and systems, identify gaps, and propose enhancements or new solutions.
- Support product managers and project managers in defining scope, prioritizing features, and planning releases.
- Assist QA teams with test planning, execution support, and UAT coordination.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the banking sector.
- Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in one or more areas such as core banking, retail / commercial banking, digital channels, or risk & compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in the banking or financial services domain.Strong understanding of core banking systems, digital banking, lending, payments, KYC / AML, and regulatory reporting.Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and BPM tools .Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.Tell employers what skills you have
