About the team
Our General Health Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a team of healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere ’s medical operations including clinics, telemedicine and mobile services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.
About the role
We are seeking a Senior / Clinic Assistant who will provide operational support for the clinics with the following job responsibilities :
- Handles front desk registration of patients, schedule medical appointments, dispense medications and consumables and payment collection
- Error free results entry to CMS system
- Responsible for correct billings / invoices; accountable for cash collection and ensure accuracy
- Conduct monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables
- Responsible for self-development by attending in-house courses during work hours or after work hours
- Assist Doctor to provide treatment and medical examination
- Ensure that the clinics are kept clean and tidy at all time
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor / Manager
- Able to work in the evening and on weekends according to roster based on clinic opening hours
- Clinic Locations : Ang Mo Kio, Anchorvale, Bukit Batok, Potong Pasir, Simei, Taman Jurong
- Rotation to different clinics when deemed necessary to support the clinic operations
About you
Minimum 1 - 3 years of related clinic assistant or customer service experience preferredAble to work on rostered shifts, which includes some weekends and public holidaysClinic Opening Hours : Weekdays : 8.30am-4pm, 6pm-9pm; Weekends / PH : 8.30am-12pmExcellent communication skillsComputer literacy is requiredUnquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you doTell employers what skills you have
