Clinic Assistant - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

O2 Lung Centre Pte Ltd is looking for energetic and committed individuals to join our group of specialist clinics at multiple locations. Our team of Clinic Assistants play a critical role in delivering quality care and services to our patients and ensuring the smooth running of daily clinic operations.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Perform receptionist duties (e.g. attend to phone calls / visitors).
• Upkeep clinic facilities / premise, including ensure overall cleanliness of clinic.
• Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing / payment collection, coordinate investigation / procedure schedules, etc.
• Perform administrative duties such as insurance / medisave claims, maintain filling system, maintain accurate clinical data records, accounts settlement, stock taking, etc.
• Assist doctors during consultation and clinic procedures if required (e.g. chaperoning, perform in-house procedures, such as Lung Function Test, Skin Prick Allergy Test, Infleunza Test, etc.)
• Any other tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor
