Job descriptionKnowledge of menu composition, recipes, methods of production and presentation standards. Knowledge of standard procedure with regards to food preparation, receiving and storage. Experience in following kitchen brigade chain of command. Comfort with equipment standard functions. Self starter with ability to manage deadlines of self and others. Awareness of daily production needs. Constant feedback and reporting of issues as they arise. Willingness to carry out any other duties as required by the operation. Enable a positive work environment. Positive attitude.
