Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Work with the Sales Team to manage and follow up on sales inquiries, tenders, and indoor sales requests.
• Coordination and compilation of project documentation / shop drawings / as-built drawings / photos, etc for submission to clients, their consultants and other authorities as required
• Coordinate and oversee site installation activities in collaboration with the project management team.
• Support the Marketing team in preparing marketing collaterals, tender documentation and publicity materials for sales presentations / proposals.
• Maintain and update CRM system, including database research, e-mail blasting campaigns, and management reports generation.
• Assist with IT troubleshooting and associated tasks ( when needed); training will be provided.
• Perform general administrative duties as and when required.
