Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions :

• Possess good knowledge of data centre facility operations tasks and duties
• Monitor and maintain critical data centre infrastructure, including power distribution systems (UPS, generators), HVAC systems, fire suppression systems and structured cabling systems.
• Managed DC / Building landlord ensuring preventive maintenance on data centre infrastructure and systems are performed promptly.
• Respond to alarms, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution.
• Liaise with DC / Building landlord to coordinate maintenance schedules, address building infrastructure issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Support off-office hours activities, including responding to emergency alarms, performing on-call duties, and coordinating with vendors for emergency repairs.
• Ensure strict adherence to data centre physical security procedures.
• Follow documented incident response procedures, track incidents to closure, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Generate reports to management, including monthly performance reports, incident summaries, root cause analyses, and status reports on ongoing projects.

Qualifications :

Must have prior experience working in data centre operations in financial institutions
