Roles & Responsibilities

Head of Home

Salary range : $7200-$8000

Working location : Buangkok

Working hours : 5 days(Mon – Fri), 9 – 6pm

Job Descriptions

1. Oversee the philosophy and strategic planning of the Division

• Develop up-to-date and sustainable philosophy and strategy in terms of case intervention, programmes and operations (together with HODs)
• Respond to emerging youth trends in the offending setting and changes in the justice system in order to better meet the objectives of rehabilitation
• Develop key channels of communication of values and belief to staff, residents and stakeholder.

2. Financial reporting and administrative oversight

3. Staff management and development

4. Governance

5. Networking and liaison with external agencies

6. Attain the Division goals and ensure they are aligned with Company’s strategic plans

7. Ad-hoc duties
