Sales Shipping Coordinator (5 Days)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Prepare quotations, process customer inquiries, and follow up on orders.
• Handle documentation including purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and related records.
• Coordinate local and overseas shipments to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.
• Facilitate communication between sales, production, and operations teams to meet project requirements.
• Oversee order processing and track inventory, including rental equipment.
• Collaborate with the accounts department to support payment and billing processes.
• Manage inventory for new product orders and ensure proper documentation.
