Overview :
leading global manufacturer of water-related technologies is
seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales
Manager to drive growth within the
data center segment across Southeast
Asia. This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual with
deep knowledge of the data center ecosystem and a proven ability to
operate in agile, small-team
environments.
Key
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a regional sales (SEA) strategy
focused on the data center vertical.
Identify and pursue new business
opportunities with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data
center operators.
Build strong
relationships with key stakeholders including consultants,
contractors, facility managers, and procurement teams.
Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and
marketing teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to
contract negotiation and post-sales support.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows,
and client
meetings.
Qualifications :
Minimum 8+ years of sales experience in the data center
or infrastructure technology space.
Strong understanding of data center
operations, cooling systems, and sustainability
drivers.
Proven ability to work
independently and thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial
setup.
Excellent communication, negotiation,
and relationship-building skills.
Regional
experience across Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
Technical background or familiarity with
HVAC solutions.
