Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle NPI activities at the plant.
• Work with HQ, suppliers, and customers for successful product and packaging introductions.
• Prepare and update BOM for assembly processes.
• Maintain records in SFC and SAP systems.
• Support Server & Rack assembly processes.
• Assist in packaging design for large assemblies.
• Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement projects.
• Provide production ramp-up support.
• Take part in ISO audits.
