Assistant Branch Manager (1-year contract) - D07 Golden Mile, Middle Road, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and professional Assistant Branch Manager to join our team to help us with our mission of providing good and hassle-free service to customers and improving sales at the branch.

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Branch Manager, the incumbent will support the branch manager on the day to day operations, monitor, co-ordinate, oversee staff deployment, ensure proper outlet management and cash re-conciliation at the branch and utilize resources efficiently.

However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in personnel management or customer service, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• You will handle public feedback and staff problems, monitor, co-ordinate and oversee staff performance and deployment at branches.
• You will ensure good customer service standard at the branch.
• You will perform cash reconciliation against sales, certify and monitor staff attendance, manage overtime claims, incentive payments, relief counter and stock management.
• You will identify repairs required and recommend area for improvement and work closely with Facilities Management.
