Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for managing inventory, coordinating orders, supporting production and customers, and providing administrative support to the purchasing team.

Key Responsibilities :

Inventory Management

• Liaise with customers regarding orders and shipment schedules.
• Coordinate with production staff on order details and batch documentation.
• Prepare customer-requested documents (e.g., MSDS, Halal / COA statements).
• Track and manage raw material stock, procurement, and sample batches.
• Update records for incoming stock and quality control forms.
• Cover purchasing and inventory duties in the manager’s absence.
