A renown and fast growing enterprise software firm is looking for a APAC Sales Director / VP to lead business development and revenue growth across APAC. The role focuses on selling AI-driven solutions to optimize energy efficiency and improve uptime for data centers, targeting colocations, enterprise and hyperscale operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement go-to-market strategies targeting colocation, enterprise, and hyperscale data centers.
- Business Development : Identify and qualify new opportunities across APAC, EMEA, and beyond; build a strong sales pipeline using consultative selling.
- Customer Engagement : Own key account relationships, understand client needs, and close complex enterprise software deals with senior stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs and provide market feedback for product development.
- Industry Representation : Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and panels; build networks with partners and influencers.
What We’re Looking For
15+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales , ideally in data center , energy optimization, or mission-critical infrastructure.Proven success in selling enterprise or SaaS solutions to C-level and technical decision-makers.Strong network within data center operators (colocation, enterprise, hyperscalers) in APAC.Familiar with data center design and operationsKnowledge on digital twin / AI technologies will be a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.If you are interested, please apply with your latest CV.
